*If we present a claim and are successful, our fees are 25% + VAT on the total amount of redress. Once you have completed our full Terms and Conditions and thereby instructed us to present a claim, should you cancel your instructions after the 14 day cooling off period, we may charge a termination fee. This will be calculated at an hourly rate of £120 per hour and will reflect the work undertaken up until the point where you cancel your instructions, up to a maximum amount of what our standard fee would be in the event that we are successful.
